Instructions for Acquiring and Exchanging Loyalty Points in the Gnome Store.
The Loyalty Program Organizer is:
Gnom Store - Artur Szymała, headquartered in Bielsko-Biała, at 15A Szkolna Street (NIP: PL5471832783), hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
Definitions:
0.1. Account - an individual profile of a user registered on the Service.
0.2. Store - the Organizer's brick-and-mortar retail location operating under the Gnom brand within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
0.3. Points - units awarded to the User for purchases of goods in Stores or on the Service, as well as for other User activities, under conditions that will be announced by the Organizer within the Loyalty Program.
0.4. Service - the online store operated at the internet address: https://gnom-sklep.pl/, accessible via web browsers.
0.5. Participant - an individual (retail customer) with an account on the Service.
0.6. Coupon - an electronic code entitling the User to purchase goods at a discount from the regular price (rebate), obtained by the Participant in exchange for Points accumulated on the Account.
1. How to earn points?
To participate in the loyalty program and collect points, you must have a registered account on our Service. Once an account is created, you can start earning points for various activities, including purchases and submitting ratings and reviews.
Points are accumulated on the Participant's registered account. However, if orders are placed without creating an account (i.e., a "guest order"), points may still be awarded, but they will not be collected in one place, making it harder to accumulate the required sum to receive a coupon, as mentioned in point 3.
1.1 Points for purchases Loyalty points are awarded for purchases of selected product lines on our Service. For every 10 PLN spent, you will receive 1 loyalty point. Points for purchases are awarded as follows:
- For prepaid orders, points will appear in your account 7 days after the order is placed.
- For orders paid on delivery, points will appear in your account 14 days after the order is placed.
1.2 Points for ratings and reviews You can also earn points for sharing your opinion about products and orders:
1.2.1 Product reviews:
- Product rating: You will receive 2 points for each product rating.
- Product review: For writing a review of a product, you will be rewarded with 5 points.
- Adding a photo to your review: For adding a photo to your review, you will receive an additional 3 points.
- Maximum points per product review: For each review approved by store staff, you can receive a maximum of 10 points. Points are only awarded for reviews confirmed by a purchase. To view a full list of purchased products and speed up the rating/review process, it is worth using the Purchased Products List available after logging in under Your Account.
1.2.2 Order reviews:
- Order rating: For rating the order fulfillment, you will receive 2 points.
- Order review: For writing a full review of an order, you will receive 5 points.
1.3 Points and product returns/complaints

1.3.1 If you received points for a purchased product and that product is returned, the points earned for that product will be deducted from your account once the return is processed. In the case of a return of goods purchased using a Coupon, or in case of a complaint being accepted, the Organizer does not return the Coupon used during the purchase or its equivalent in any form (including the restoration of Points). The Participant is only entitled to receive a refund for the actual amount paid.

1.3.2 During complaint processes resulting from product manufacturing defect, damage, warranty processing, etc. Points are not deducted.
2. Redeeming points
Accumulated loyalty points can be exchanged for a coupon (discount) that you can use for purchases. The points-to-coupon exchange process can be completed:
- In the Store - provided that the salesperson can identify the participant's account to which the points are assigned.
- On the Service - by activating the coupon after logging in under My Account > Loyalty Program.
After activating the available coupon, the value of your shopping cart will automatically be reduced by the value of the discount. Points spent on an activated discount are non-refundable. This means that once a discount is activated and used, the points will not be restored to your account. Coupons cannot be combined, meaning the User may only use one Coupon during a single transaction. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards. Points accumulated on the participant's account do not expire.
3. Available coupons (discounts)
Once the appropriate number of points is collected, a coupon can be activated on your account according to the thresholds below:
- 50.00 points - 5.00 PLN
- 100.00 points - 10.00 PLN
- 200.00 points - 20.00 PLN
- 400.00 points - 50.00 PLN
- 700.00 points - 100.00 PLN
- 1300.00 points - 250.00 PLN
4. Remarks regarding the loyalty program

5. Final provisions

5.1 Any questions regarding the Loyalty Program can be sent to sklep.gnom@gmail.com.

5.2 The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Rules, especially for technical or organizational reasons. Any changes will be announced on the Service.

5.3 Changes to the Rules do not affect the rights of Participants acquired before the changes.

5.4 The Organizer may decide to end the Loyalty Program at any time, provided that Participants are notified at least three months in advance, allowing them to redeem their accumulated Points and Coupons.
